Shipping Rates & Timeframes
- Standard Delivery (Ireland & NI): €4.99 (Delivered within 1-2 business days).
- Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders over €20.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note: During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas), delivery times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If a gift isn’t quite right, we are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, seals, or protective wrappings are intact.
- You provide your proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Note on Personalised Items: Because custom and personalised gifts are made uniquely for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at justgifts.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Package the item securely and mail it back to our returns address: D22HR12
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay) within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at justgifts.shop@gmail.com with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund right away.
